During his meeting with high-level management and communications representatives a formal Cooperation Agreement was signed to formally kick-off a joint research cooperation following a comprehensive and scientific approach in publications, reports, research projects and future planning. Like EICTP, the ECSSR focuses on a practical, operational and solution-oriented methodolgy characterized by serious commitment, objectivity and accuracy.
