The central topic was the issue of hybrid warfare, combined with the question of what consequences this has for conflict prevention. Prof. Sadik is a renowned Turkish political scientist and expert in international relations. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Georgia, USA, , specializing in International Relations and Comparative Politics. He currently heads the Department of International Relations at Ankara Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Beyaz\u0131t University&#8217;s Faculty of Political Science and is the director of its European Studies Research Center.
