Often wrongly criticized, the concept of right-wing lone-actor terrorists is plausible since it only concerns planning and execution. Often also named “lone wolves”, lone-actor terrorists definitely take part in large ideological groups and must be considered in the light of large societal contexts. In other words, white supremacy, QAnon, Reichsbürger, Identitarianism, Incels, etc. must be taken into
account. Lone-actor terrorists often tap these ideologies. Virtualizing right-wing terrorism transcends social media and is reflected in a new online subculture of memes and symbols. Politically motivated acts of violence which are supposed to kill people and target certain ethnic groups for example do not know national borders but inspire each other. This can be observed in manifestos and different
messages. Prevention can only succeed if the dynamics of this subject are reckoned with.
