European Conference on Antisemitism in Vienna

On 6th May 2024 the High level European Conference on Antisemitism took place in Austrian Academy of Sciences.  In the light of the current worrying developments Karoline Edstadler, Federal Minister for the EU and Constitution, and Oskar Deutsch, President of the Jewish Community of Vienna (IKG) spoke about possible and necessary counter-strategies.  

EICTP visits The Hague ICCT

On 10th of  February Brig. Ret. Gustav Gustenau and Dr. Florian Harteb visited in The Hague the director of the ICCT Thomas Renard. ICCT also is editing “Perspectives on Terrorism”, one of the most important journals in the field.    

Hungarian Embassy Event

On 9th February EICTP President Herbert Scheibner and Dr. Florian Hartleb, EICTP-head of research, visited the Hungarian embassy in Vienna. Dr. Bence Bauer, head of the MCC German-Hungarian relations, who recently brought students to Austria, made a key note.
